	11 January The BrandLaureate Master Awards 2010 - Voted by The SMEs As The Most Preferred Brand in Automotive.
	24 February Proton Inspira - 2nd Place (Family Cars Category) at the Asian Auto Fuel Efficiency Award 2010. Lotus Elise S - 2nd Place (Performance Cars Category) at the Asian Auto Fuel Efficiency Award 2010.
	13 April Proton Persona - 2011 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Award for the category Value-for-Money Car of the Year (1.3l and Above). 14 April PROTON awarded the Quality Management Excellence Award (QMEA) (Category IV - for annual sales turnover exceeding RM100 Million) during the Malaysia Industry Excellence Award (IEA) 2010.

08 May PROTON awarded Labour Day Achievement Award for the category Competitive Employer Award (Big Corporations) in conjunction with 2010 Workers' Day Celebration presented by the Prime Minister. 12 May Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Award 2010, Best Passenger Car Model of the Year for Proton Saga (fifth award) and Best Automotive Debut Model of the Year for Exora.

	05 April PROTON awarded with the Manufacturing Excellence Award by Frost & Sullivan. 28 April PROTON awarded with the Readers Digest "Most Trusted Brand Gold Award 2008" for Car Category. Frost & Sullivan Malaysian Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2008 awarded PROTON Shah Alam plant with the Silver Certificate of Merit. Frost & Sullivan Malaysian Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2008 awarded PROTON Plant Tanjung Malim with the Gold Certificate of Merit.
	05 May PROTON awarded with the Readers Digest "Most Trusted Brand Gold award 2009" for Car Category for the 6th consecutive time since 2003.
	June Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific 2009 Automotive Awards for Car Category Awarded Proton Saga, Best Model of the Year (Malaysia) 2009 (4TH award). PROTON won the Full Colour Category in the China Press 2008 Chinese New Year Greeting Advertising Awards. Asian Auto-VCA Auto Industry Awards 2009 awarded Exora the Best Local Assembly MPV. Asian Auto-VCA Auto Industry Awards 2009 awarded Satria Neo CPS the Best Local. 26 June Frost & Sullivan's 2008 ASEAN Automotive Awards awarded the Persona Best Model of the Year (Malaysia). 30 June Persona and Satria Neo awarded the "Malaysia Good Design Mark 2007" by Malaysia Design Council (Majlis Rekabentuk Malaysia). PROTON awarded the "Company that Made a Comeback in the Automotive Industry" by Asian Auto-VCA Auto Industry Awards 2008.
	October The PROTON Plant in Tanjung Malim won a Gold Certificate of Merit at the Frost & Sullivan Malaysian Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2008 while the PROTON Shah Alam plant won a Silver Certificate of Merit.
	November Proton Saga - Winner for the Entry Level Category for the NST/ Maybank COTY Awards 2008. November Persona awarded the "Most Efficient Family Car by the Asian Auto Bosch Fuel Efficiency Awards 2008. award 2007" for Car Category.
	05 December Persona awarded the "Most Efficient Family Car by the Asian Auto Bosch Fuel Efficiency Awards 2008. award 2007" for Car Category.

	January The Malay Mail named the Satria Neo the "The Coolest Car 2006".
	May PROTON awarded with the Readers Digest "Most Trusted Brand Gold award 2007" for Car Category.
	September Mobil Motor Magazine, Indonesia named Proton Savvy as the "Best City Car in Indonesia".
	November Autobild Magazine Indonesia, named the Proton Savvy as the "Best City Car 2007".

	May PROTON awarded with the Readers Digest "Most Trusted Brand Gold award 2006" for Car Category.
	August Satria Neo's "2,000km Drive Challenge KL - Phuket - KL" participated by 20 analysts, fund managers and media (motoring editors and journalists).
	September The Malaysian Book of Records accorded the Proton Savvy "The Most Fuel Efficient Drive Around Peninsular Malaysia" for having completed 1,608 km around Peninsular Malaysia with 1% tanks of fuel. 17 September Proton Savvy Fuel Efficient Drive: 1,608km around Peninsular Malaysia completed with 1¾-tank of fuel, finding a place in the Malaysian Book of Records.
	December NST Cars Bikes & Trucks Car of The Year Award 2006 (COTY) awarded Proton Savvy as the "Best Car in the Supermini Category".

April PROTON awarded with the Reader's Digest "Super Brand Gold Award 2005" for its Car Category.

Australian Automotive Institution named Proton Waja "The Greenest Car". PROTON awarded with the Malaysia's Best Brand Award. PROTON awarded with the National Creativity & Innovation Award 2004. Proton Waja awarded 4.5 stars out of a 5-star rating for being the Most Economical and Greenest Sedan in Australia.

Industry Excellence Award 2003: PROTON received the Quality Management Category III Award. PROTON won Best Landscape Competition (First Place – Factory Category).

PROTON won Best Landscape Competition (Second Place Factory Category). PROTON received Appreciation Award for Contribution to the Development of Malaysian Sports 2002. KPMG/The Edge Shareholder Value Award 2002 awarded PROTON as the Sectoral Winner for the Industrial Market. Motor Vehicles and Transport Equipment Sector Leader Award among the top 1,000 Malaysian Companies. Highest Increase in Net Profit Award among companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange for financial year 2002-2003.

12 March PROTON selected amongst 10 top Malaysian companies.

08 August PROTON Awarded "Most Outstanding Corporation" in R&D investment by the Minister of Human Resources.

17 June PROTON won three awards at the National Concept Car Competition.

08 June PROTON awarded with the Asian Management Award in Operations Management by The Asian Institute of Management.

12 October Proton Catalyst won two gold awards at the Birmingham Motorshow (the third time PROTON grabbed the Manufacturer's Award of Excellence).

	1 January Proton Saga 1.5E Aeroback voted the Best Value for Money Car by British Motoring Magazine "What Car?"
	22 September Proton Saga won two gold awards at the British International Motorshow for the second time.
	18 October Proton Saga made its public debut at the British International Motorshow. PROTON won three Prestigious awards (two golds and a silver) for quality coachwork and ergonomics.
